How I got started with the cookbooks...
I am a wife, mom and grandma who happens to have Celiac disease. When I was diagnosed I knew my food life had to change. I had to learn to cook differently but still make the food taste great. It's been a journey and I learned so many things. My goal is to help others with food allergies to have an easier journey. In 2017 I created my first cookbook for everyone to enjoy. My second cookbook was published July 2018. There are 70 recipes in both cookbooks. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, potpouri and alcoholic drinks. All the recipes are written gluten free, traditional or how to make both at the same time. It's perfect for everyone, people with and without food allergies and multi food families.
How I got started with Bella From the Farm...
I believe that books are very important for children. I used to read to my children every night when they were young. I saw how it opened their minds and imaginations to the world. I now have a grandson and hope that his world is filled with books. We adopted a labrador retriever a few years ago and named her Bella. She does funny and silly things so I knew I had to write about her. In a world where it can be hard for kids, I wanted the books end with a positive message. In Bella From the Farm the message is "just be yourself and they will like you." My goal is to have a series of Bella books with each of them ending with a positive message.
